Easy peasy DIY rabbit ears

Easter is coming!!! Whether you're ready or not. I got ready with this easy DIY by martha. All you need is felt, a headband and a hot glue gun.
Normally my daughter doesn't like headbands, but with a little bribing and some candy (as you can see in her mouth), she posed for me.

A craft made for the kids

Every since I found out we were expecting our first child (which was almost 2 years ago) I had this desire to make a quiet book for her. Thinking that one day when she's old enough she'll say, "mom, did you make this?" and I'll proudly say, "Yes. Just for you." -All in hopes that it will inspire her to make things and be creative herself.

Well, I finally finished it last week. The best part is, she LOVES playing with it.

Rose-y Valentines Hair Clips

These were too adorable to not make for Kai and Valentines Day. And its made with the best medium ever!... FELT.
It's just too bad that she likes to pull them out of her hair and play with them.

These very easy instructions are found over at The Purl Bee.

I just made it on a small barrette and added more petals
